Aging accents inside the normal conversation list so overdue active tickets become visible before they become escalations.
Ticket Aging Colors adds a restrained status accent directly to FreeScout’s existing list. Thresholds, colors, time units, and the aging baseline can be configured per mailbox, so the visual signal matches the operation instead of imposing one universal rule.
