The problem

A ticket can sit in the queue for too long while still looking identical to every other active conversation. By the time someone notices, the customer has already felt the delay.

The module

Ticket Aging Colors adds a restrained status accent directly to FreeScout’s existing list. Thresholds, colors, time units, and the aging baseline can be configured per mailbox, so the visual signal matches the operation instead of imposing one universal rule.

Best forTeams that want an at-a-glance signal without adding another dashboard to monitor.
