The problem

Support work produces a lot of meaningful effort that is rarely visible beyond ticket counts. Recognition often happens late, inconsistently, or outside the system where the work took place.

The module

Overflow Achievement adds progression and recognition inside FreeScout through achievements, levels, notifications, themes, triggers, and localized content. It is meant to make internal momentum visible without changing the underlying support workflow.

Best forTeams that want visible recognition and friendly internal progression inside the help desk.
